The Role of Service Salesperson

As a Service Salesperson, you play a central role in the daily operations of the workshop. You are the link between the customer and the workshop, responsible for creating a smooth and professional experience from the first contact to final delivery.

Your main tasks:

• Plan, lead, and distribute the daily work in the workshop.

• Ensure that work is performed according to timelines and quality standards.

• Optimize the workshop's operations and productivity.

• Receive customers via visits and phone, and create cost estimates for services and repairs.

• Follow up on efficiency, profitability, and quality throughout the customer journey.

• Explain proposed actions and present relevant options based on the customer's needs.

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment.

Competencies and Experience

We believe you have:

• High school education, preferably with a focus on automotive technology or a relevant field.

• Several years of experience in service or sales-oriented work, where you have demonstrated good customer contact and delivery capability.

• Good computer and phone skills.

• Driver's license B.

• A strong sense of service and the willingness to always find the best possible solution for the customer.

• A goal-oriented and driven work approach.
